TV snowy. Noisy room by outdoor area.
The hotel is nonsmoking but front desk girl smoked outside the door and came in smelling horrible. Gave wrong directions, called and asked for info that we had already given her while on phone with her told her TV was snowy and that the reunion occupants were loud right outside our room. Group Traveler
Its located in a rural area where there aren't any hotels over two stars within 30 miles of a photo shoot we needed to be at 7am. It was 5 star cleanliness and friendly complete with pool and hot tub that we were told we could use late into the night (11pm we arrived late and the kids were bursting with energy from the long drive) as long as we were courteous with the noise. ...read more
